ART: AN INCLUSIVE TOOL FOR CHILDREN WITH AND WITHOUT DISABILITIES

The “EMOCIONARTE” project (i.e. Emotions and Arts) – 2021-1-ES01-KA220-SCH-000032730 (1/11/2021 – 04/30/2024); takes place in the European Erasmus Plus program KA201 (exchange of good practices) and concerns the inclusion of children, with and without disabilities, through the arts with a special focus on the exchange of good practices in the field of creation and implementation of common artistic practices, like the shows elaborated through music, dance and theater, aimed at promoting their encounter and inclusion.

The project focuses on the show “The Prodigious Flautist”, sponsored by the Municipality of Assisi, which made its debut in the Bosco di S. Francesco (FAI) in Assisi on June 26, 2022 and was based on the fairy tale created specifically by the Vice President of Ars Pace, Monica Baldi, with the exclusive music of Maestro Andrea Ceccomori, President of Assisi Suono Sacro.

For the realization of the show, special artistic workshops are organized, in the field of music, dance and theater, where girls and boys, with and without disabilities, are guided by expert Masters.

Many tools are used to exchange good practices and promote inclusion such as: international meetings, videos on the Youtube channel, to make known the activities carried out, and the dedicated website: www.erasmusplus-emocionarte.eu

The transnational meetings are planned in: Madrid and Extremadura (Spain), Terni-Assisi (Italy), Budapest (Hungary), Eberbach (Germany), Brussels (Belgium), Evora (Portugal).
